Our Pecan Oil is processed locally from our own farm raised pecans. This heart-healthy and keto-friendly oil contains low in saturated fat (9.5%), less than olive oil, peanut oil and corn oil. It is rich in monounsaturated fats, especially oleic acid.

Pecan oil has a high smoke point of 470º F making it ideal for cooking at high temperatures and for deep frying. The mild nutty flavor enhances the flavor of ingredients, making it a popular component of salad dressings and dips. Pecan oil is much lighter than olive and is well suited for everyday cooking, baking, and a good substitute for butter and other cooking oils.
